“I've been taking your Messiah now for what I think has been a week - and the second day I had an enormous amount of energy flowing through my body and was wide awake until at least 5am. I am naturally a night owl, but this was different. I wasn't tired even a bit. I've been on an opposite sleep cycle ever since. (10 years ago this was my regular sleep cycle, but having a "job" trained me out of it). I have been experiencing some other really awesome things... the most profound is that as of day one my bronchial tubes have been so open and clear and I've had an increase in lung capacity. Formerly I could not cycle my breath for a certain Kriya where I inhale slowly, hold my breath with lungs full, exhale slowly, hold my breath with lungs empty. I could hold my breath with lungs full for 25 seconds but could not exhale slowly, nor could I hold my breath with lungs empty for even 3 seconds. By that time I'd gasp for air to catch my breath. Been that way since childhood. However, now I can hold my breath for 20 seconds or more at both ends of the breath cycle and inhale/exhale slowly and actually complete multiple rounds of this breath! This feeling has not faded. My breathing is absolutely clear.

I'm used to consciously running kundalini through my body and this feels like it's been raised - but without the physical effects of the heat and electricity I'm used to. But the feeling in my body is the same as if I were to raise it consciously. I'm a writer, and sometimes I have to write about subjects I know nothing about and that don't interest me. Advice for First Time Ormus Users

Though some people get immediate results, it typically takes 30 to 90 days to build up enough monoatomic elements to cause any noticeable benefits.
